The repair of scuffs and minor scrapes under 50mm in diameter to one alloy wheel per repair. Excludes any structural damage to the wheel or wheels with machined or chrome finishes

The repair of any scrape, scuff, scratch, cuts or dent up to 400 mm long and 20mm in width on any one plastic bumper bar. Excludes any damage of a structural nature, including brackets, number plates, damage to lights or covers and housings and any electrical or mechanical mechanisms. All metal bumper bars or chrome finishes are also excluded.

The repair of any one scratch or dent up to 500 mm in length and 20mm in width on any plastic side skirts, spoilers and door bump strips.

The repair of one pressure dent up to 50mm in diameter on any flat panel where the painted surface has not been damaged, cracked or broken. Excludes dents where there is not sufficient access to the rear of the panel and any dent on style lines, panel edges and corners.

The repair of one scuffed, scratched or marked mirror casing. Such repairs shall exclude items or components of a structural, mechanical or electrical nature. Mirror casings with chrome finishes are also excluded.

The repair of scratches, rips, tears in leather or vinyl car seats and arm rests up to 50mm in length and 5mm in diameter. (Excludes damage to seams, or damage to the instrumentation panel or to the steering wheel).

The repair of one scratch rip or tear on any vinyl or leather trim on any door trims or dashboards up to 50mm in length. Any replacement leather or vinyl required for the repair will be at the members cost.

The repair of surface scratches up to 300mm in length on metal surfaces where the scratches have not broken the clear coat on the paint work. Excludes any chrome finishes. One scratch is repairable per Repair call

The repair of one paint chip or one deep scratch down to metal up to 20mm in diameter on any vertical panel.

The cosmetic repair of up to 20 stone chips with a maximum diameter of 3 mm at the widest point of the chip or two deep scratches down to metal and up to 80mm in length.

The repair to one scratch, rip, or tear in leather, fabric or vinyl car seats up to 50mm in length and 5mm in diameter. Any replacement leather, fabric or vinyl required for the repair will be at the members cost. Excludes damage to any trim seams or any scratch, rip or tear that is situated within 30mm of any seat trim.

Repairs to Front windscreen chips are repairable under this membership with two stone chips repairable per Repair. Chips must not be in the drivers line of sight and must not exceed 3mm in diameter at the widest point of the chip.

If you are at-fault in a motor vehicle accident your comprehensive insurer will generally request that you pay the basic excess, which is your contribution to the cost of the claim. When you are not at fault in an accident and you can supply the name and address of the person who was at fault, the insurer will generally recoup the excess for the at fault party on your behalf. However when you are at fault then the insurer will usually insist that you will need to pay the 1st excess amount, otherwise known as the basic excess.

This cover has been designed to reimburse to the Member, when they have had an at fault accident, their Motor Vehicle Excess to a maximum payment of $500 This cover only applies in the event of an At Fault accident or collision and where the repairs exceed the excess payment and an excess is payable by the member.

The maximum we will pay will be the excess amount as stated on the Member's Comprehensive Motor Vehicle insurance policy or a maximum of $500 (five hundred dollars) including GST, whichever is the lesser. We will only pay for one (1) loss for Excess Reimbursement Cover within the twelve (12) month membership period.

This cover has been designed to reimburse to the Member, a maximum payment of $1000. This is only in the event that the vehicle has been mis-fuelled with the incorrect fuel for the vehicle and the vehicle will need to have the engine flushed.

This cover is designed to help pay for the reasonable cost of;

• Emptying, flushing, cleaning out and/or unblocking of your car's: fuel tank, fuel lines, filters, lift pump, accumulator, regulator and fuel return system, including the disposing of wasted contaminated fuel; and
• The cleaning, repairing or replacing of your car's injector pump and/or injectors, due to you filling your car's fuel tank with incorrect fuel during the membership period.

The maximum we will pay under the mis-fuelling cover will be $1000 (one thousand dollars) including GST. We will only pay for one (1) loss for Mis-fuelling Cover within the twelve (12) month membership period.

This cover has been designed to reimburse to the Member, for the reasonable costs of replacement keys, to a maximum payment of $250. This is only in the event that the vehicles keys have been lost or damaged or the vehicles lock has been damaged.

The maximum we will pay under the replacement key cover will be $250 (two hundred and fifty dollars) including GST. We will only pay for one (1) loss for Key Cover within the twelve (12) month membership period.

Most Hire car rental agreements will apply an insurance excess, which is the amount you are responsible to pay towards repair costs if the rental vehicle suffers any damage. This cover is designed to help you with these costs. This cover only applies in the event that you have to pay an excess under the terms of the rental agreement following damage to that vehicle. The maximum we will pay will be the excess amount as stated in the rental agreement or a maximum of $1000 (one thousand dollars) including GST, whichever is the lesser. We will only pay for one (1) loss for Hire Car Excess Waiver Cover within the twelve (12) month membership period.

We will in the case of Your Vehicles Tyres suffering a repairable puncture repair reimburse You for costs of the puncture The maximum we will pay will be the $30 per claim , with a maximum of 2 claims per 12 month membership.

Up to 3 nights accommodation @ $100.00 per night or a hire car for 3 days @$80.00 per day, in the event your car has broken down and requires repairs and you are more than 100km from home.

Emergency Accommodation Costs, If your vehicle becomes immobilised due to electrical or mechanical failure, more than one hundred (100) km from your home and requires repairs, we will provide you with reimbursement for emergency hotel accommodation costs, for a maximum of three (3) nights.

The maximum we will pay is one hundred dollars ($100) including GST, per night, for a maximum of three (3) nights.

Maximum claimable benefit is three hundred dollars ($300), any amount above this limit will not be our responsibility. This benefit excludes all incidental expenses such as meals, laundry, mini bar, phone calls etc. You would be responsible for these costs.Holiday Breakdown Benefits are provided when you decide to remain where the vehicle is being repaired or if alternative transport is unavailable. This benefit is only provided during the period your vehicle is being repaired.

Emergency Hire Vehicle Costs, If your vehicle becomes immobilised due to electrical or mechanical failure, more than one hundred (100) km from your home and requires repairs, we will provide you with reimbursement for emergency rental vehicle costs, for a maximum of three (3) days.

The maximum we will pay is eighty dollars ($80) including GST, per day, for a maximum of three (3) days. Maximum claimable benefit is two hundred and forty dollars ($240), any amount above this limit will not be our responsibility.

This benefit excludes fuel costs, excess kilometre charges, any damage caused to the hire car, any insurance waivers on the rental vehicle, any relocation fees, any traffic infringements etc. As the driver/renter of the hire car you would be responsible for these costs.

This benefit is only provided during the period your vehicle is being repaired.
